Cắt xúc xích Đức Le Gourmet thành từng đoạn nhỏ, khứa dấu cộng ở 2 đầu tạo sự đẹp mắt. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho dầu ăn vào chảo và phi thơm 10gr tỏi băm, khi tỏi vàng thả 300gr xúc xích vào đảo cho tới khi chín vàng đẹp mắt.
Bắc nồi lên bếp, cho vào 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn và phi thơm 10gr hành tím băm, sau đó cho 100gr cà chua và 100gr thơm vào xào sơ đến khi lên màu đẹp thì cho 1,5 lít nước vào đun sôi. Nêm gia vị với 50ml nước cốt me, 5gr hạt nêm, 30gr đường và 10ml nước mắm. Dùng vá khuấy đều để canh hoà quyện vị chua ngọt.
Khi canh sôi lại cho xúc xích, bạc hà, đậu bắp, giá đỗ, rau thơm và ớt tươi cắt lát vào nồi rồi khuấy nhẹ thêm 2 phút thì tắt bếp.
