Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Sau đó, cho hành lá, chả cá thác lác và gia vị 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu vào tô, trộn đều.

Cải bẹ rửa sạch, cắt khúc khoảng 2-3cm, để ráo nước.

Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong nồi, đổ 1 lít nước vào. Khi nước sôi, dùng muỗng múc chả cá thác lác vào, nấu khoảng 5 phút.

Tiếp theo, cho cải bẹ vào cùng. Nêm gia vị 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm cho vừa ăn, nấu thêm 3 phút.
