Ngâm đậu xanh trong khoảng 3 tiếng trước khi chế biến
Chắt nước ngâm, sau đó nấu cho đến khi đậu mềm bở (khoảng 15 phút)
Đậu đã nấu mềm xay nhuyễn với 80ml nước
Cho đậu vào chảo không dính sên với đường, muối, vani và dầu dừa cho đến khi đậu quyện thành khối dẻo, ít dính vào chảo
Nghiền nguyễn khoai lang đã luộc với 50gr đường, dầu ăn, 110ml nước ấm rồi trộn bột gạo, bột nếp và bột bắp vào nhồi thành khối dẻo mịn
Vo tròn nhân và bột vỏ. Kích thước viên bột lớn hơn nhân một chút
Gói nhân vào bột, chú ý gói cẩn thận không chốc khoảng hở giữa vỏ và nhân để tránh việc bánh bị nổ khi rán
Lăn mè kín bánh. Nếu vỏ bị khô có thể chấm chút nước vào vỏ để tăng độ kết dính
Rán bánh với lửa nhỏ cho đến khi bánh nổi lên trên mặt dầu và chuyển màu vàng nhạt. Sau đó tăng lên lửa vừa rán cho đến khi bánh vàng đều. Lưu ý khi rán nhớ đảo liên tục để bánh vàng và nở đều
Bánh rán xong để vào giá cho nguội. Bánh mới rán xong sẽ hơi khó lắc nhưng khi để nguội bánh sẽ lắc được. Sau đó thì xin mời cả nhà :D
